About The Survey
The Client-Clinician Satisfaction Rating (CCSR) is a 15 question survey that clients complete after each clinical consult. The completion of the survey has multi-level applications for the clinician and organisation. Firstly, the response for a clinician is scored to indicate an underlying satisfaction –based rating for that consult;
Secondly, the scores and rating of all the responses for a clinician indicates question-related areas of success or potential deficits; and thirdly, an organisation can grossly observe all clinicians’ ratings with deficit areas highlighted for quick reference. These deficit areas can be used in performance reviews or aid future professional development. The CCSR can be viewed and trialled via the ‘Clinical’ button but all scoring, rating and reporting must be done by Accent Consulting. Contact us to discuss further.
